Mr. Willers received his BS degree in civil engineering in 1994 and his MS (concentration in structures) in 1996. He joined Rooftop Systems Engineers, PC, in 2006, after working as a structural engineer for more than ten years in Jacksonville, Florida.
Professional qualifications include being a registered professional engineer in two states (NC & FL) and being a Special Inspector for the State of Florida. Also, he is an active member of the Roof Consultants Institute.
