This project began as a condition survey of the entire building envelope.
The survey revealed extensive corrective work was needed to restore the building to a weathertight condition.
Work included restoring the metal roof, replacing the low slope roofs, replacing failed joint sealants, non-structural concrete repairs and new wall coating and painting.
