Water testing of the skylight was required to identify the source of leakage to enable design of the appropriate repairs.

The new roof system included a vapor retarder, two layers of insulation and a two ply modified asphalt membrane system.

The original sealants were severely deteriorated and failing, allowing moisture to enter the building. New sealant was installed in the prepared joints between each of the precast concrete panels.

Recertification of the lightening protection system was required.
