The original sealants were severely deteriorated and failing, allowing moisture to enter the building.

New sealant was installed in the prepared joints between each of the precast concrete panels.

New sealant was field tested after curing to insure adequate adhesion to the substrate.

The finished space below the ninth floor terraces was being damaged by water intrusion from above. Restoration work included replacing horizontal joint sealants, repairs at the drains and installation of a traffic grade coating system.
