This project began as a condition survey of the exiting precast concrete plank deck.
The survey and subsequent laboratory testing revealed corrective work was needed to support improperly installed deck planks, but that the majority of the deck was sound, despite small, visible cracks.
In addition to the deck repairs, work included replacing the low slope roofs and restoring the slate roof.
