The original installation did not adequately support the cut edges of the precast concrete deck planks. A portion of concrete became dislodged, prompting the Owner to request a complete investigation of the precast planks.

New steel supports were installed and new planks installed at the affected areas.

The low slope roof in the gutter was replaced and the slate roof was repaired.

The low slope roofs were also replaced during the project. The slate roof was restored, new roof drains installed and overflow scuppers were enlarged to meet current building code requirements.
