The work at this industrial campus required structural steel repair and painting, replacing concrete deck slabs, adding roof drains and installing a vapor retarder.
Tapered insulation was installed
for improved roof drainage. A durable modified asphalt
membrane was applied, tailored to survive the harsh
industrial environment.
